2. Scope

This policy applies to:

Individual vehicle sellers

3. KYC (Know Your Customer) Requirements

To maintain platform integrity, gomotors.in may require identity verification before approving listings or activating dealer subscriptions.

3.1 Individual Sellers – Required Documents (If Requested)

We may request:

Valid Government ID (Aadhaar / PAN / Driving License / Voter ID)
Mobile number verification via OTP
Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC copy)
Self-declaration confirming vehicle ownership

Listings may be held for review until verification is completed.

3.2 Dealers – Mandatory KYC

Dealers must provide:

Business Name
GST Number (if applicable)
PAN Card (Individual or Company)
Business Registration Proof
Authorized Contact Person details
Valid mobile number & email verification

Dealer subscriptions will not be activated without verification.

4. Fraud Prevention Measures

gomotors.in actively monitors for:

Fake vehicle listings
Duplicate postings
Misleading pricing
Stolen vehicle listings
Impersonation of dealers
Manipulated vehicle images
Suspicious payment behavior

We reserve the right to:

Temporarily hold listings
Request additional verification
Suspend accounts
Permanently ban users

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Posting false or misleading vehicle information
Uploading vehicles not owned or authorized
Using stolen identity documents
Manipulating pricing to mislead buyers
Conducting off-platform scams
Sharing fake contact details
Engaging in phishing or payment fraud

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Buyer Awareness & Safety

gomotors.in does not:

Handle booking/token payments
Provide escrow services
Guarantee vehicle condition
Guarantee transaction completion

Buyers are advised to:

Verify RC documents
Inspect vehicle physically
Avoid advance payments without verification
Meet sellers in safe public places
Verify seller identity before transferring money

7. Reporting Fraud

If you suspect fraud, immediately contact:

8. Account Suspension & Termination

No refunds will be issued in fraud-related suspensions.

All KYC documents submitted are:
