1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made on gomotors.in, a marketplace platform for buying and selling new and used vehicles.

GoMotors charges fees for:

  • Vehicle listing services

  • Featured / premium listings

  • Dealer subscription plans

By making any payment on gomotors.in, you agree to this policy.


2. Listing Fees

2.1 Cancellation Before Listing Activation

If a seller requests cancellation before the listing is published or activated, a refund may be approved after verification of payment.

2.2 After Listing Activation

Once a listing is:

  • Published

  • Approved

  • Featured

  • Promoted

The listing fee is non-refundable, even if:

  • The vehicle is sold early

  • The seller deletes the listing

  • The seller receives low enquiries

  • The seller changes their mind


3. Dealer Subscription Plans

Dealers may purchase monthly or fixed-term subscription plans.

3.1 Before Subscription Activation

If cancellation is requested before activation, a refund may be issued after administrative review.

3.2 After Activation

Once a subscription plan is activated:

  • Subscription fees are strictly non-refundable

  • No partial refund will be provided for unused period

  • No refund will be issued for business performance issues


4. Payment Methods

Currently, GoMotors accepts payments through:

  • UPI (Google Pay)

  • Direct cash payment (where applicable)

Since payments are manually verified:

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed via UPI transfer

  • Refund timelines: 5–10 business days


5. No Booking or Token Amount Collection

gomotors.in does not collect booking amounts or token payments from buyers.

Vehicle transactions are directly handled between buyers and sellers. GoMotors is not responsible for:

  • Transaction disputes

  • Payment disagreements

  • Vehicle condition issues

  • Delivery disputes


6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If:

  • A duplicate payment is made

  • Payment is made but service is not activated

The user must notify us within 48 hours with proof of payment.

After verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 business days.


7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect vehicle information provided by user

  • Policy violations

  • Account suspension due to fraud/misuse

  • Seller dissatisfaction with enquiries

  • Removal of listing due to rule violation

  • Change of mind after activation


8. Cancellation by GoMotors

GoMotors reserves the right to:

  • Remove fake or misleading listings

  • Suspend fraudulent accounts

  • Reject listings violating platform rules

In such cases, refunds may be declined at our discretion.


9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Mobile Number

  • Payment Screenshot

  • UPI Transaction ID

  • Reason for request


10. Policy Updates

GoMotors reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
