General Terms

User Responsibilities:

1. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided while using the platform.

2. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Dealer'sResponsibilities:

1. Car & Bike Dealer's must ensure that the Vechile offered are in compliance with the laws and meet quality standards.

2. Car & Bike Dealer's agree not to engage users outside the GoMotors platform for services initiated through GoMotors.in.

Platform Role:

1. GoMotors.in acts solely as an intermediary, facilitating connections between Customer and Cars & Bike Dealers.

2. GoMotors.in is not liable for disputes, damages, or non-performance of services between Customer and Cars & Bike Dealers

USING GOMOTORS.IN'S LOCAL SERVICE NEED FULFILLMENT

1. Users are responsible for all aspects of transactions they choose to participate in.

2. Dealers and Users are fully responsible for the execution of the service agreement.

3. Gomotors.in does not guarantee the performance of any transaction concluded on this platform.

4. Users and Dealers agree that GoMotors.in will not mediate disputes arising from such transactions.

5. Users must research and comply with applicable laws related to the services they request or provide.

6. Users are responsible for applicable taxes and costs incurred during transactions.

7. GoMotors.in disclaims responsibility for fraudulent activities conducted by users or Dealers.

Limitations of Liability

1. GoMotors.in is not liable for damages, delays, or unsatisfactory Cars & Bikes Listing  by Dealers.

2. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of information provided by users or Dealers.

Code of Conduct for Car & Bike Dealer's  and Users

1. Users and Dealer's must resolve conflicts directly.

2. Dealer's are prohibited from offering services directly to users outside the GoMotors platform if the initial contact was made via GoMotors.in.

3. Breaches of these terms may result in account termination.

Additional Disclaimer

1. Users are advised to verify all claims made by Car & Bike Dealer's listed on the platform.

2. GoMotors.in is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of advertisements or listings.

Non-Discrimination Policy

GoMotors.in is committed to fostering an inclusive platform for all users and Dealer's. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

1. Prohibited Discrimination:
   GoMotors.in prohibits discrimination against users or Car & Bike Dealers based on religion, caste, race, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, age, or any other characteristic protected under applicable laws.

2. Scope :

• Discrimination includes but is not limited to, refusing to provide or accept services based on these characteristics.

• All users and Dealers are expected to respect this policy while interacting on the platform.

Consequences of Violation :

• Any user or Dealers found in violation of this policy will lose access to the GoMotors.in platform.

• Violations may result in further legal action as per applicable laws.

By using GoMotors.in you agree to adhere to this non-discrimination policy, ensuring a safe, reliable, and respectful environment for all.

Limitation of Liability

GoMotors.in shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.

Third-Party Sites

1. GoMotors.in is not responsible for the content or Car & Bike Selling provided by third-party websites linked to from this platform.

2. Users assume all risks associated with transactions conducted with third-party advertisers or Car & Bike Dealers.

Monitoring and Deletions

1. GoMotors.in reserves the right to monitor content and remove materials that violate terms or applicable laws.

2. Any content deemed harmful or defamatory will be removed at the sole discretion of GoMotors.in

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoMotors.in, its employees, officers, and affiliates from claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the platform.

Miscellaneous

(a) These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to other provisions in this clause, the courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Services.

(b) Any disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time, which is incorporated herein by reference.

The arbitration tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed by Am'bit International. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. All parties involved in the arbitration shall maintain strict confidentiality of the proceedings, disclosures, and awards, except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary for enforcing or challenging the arbitration award.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses related to the arbitration, unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between users and  GoMotors.in, superseding all prior agreements. Changes to these terms will be effective upon notice to users or publication on the platform.
